Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with Yasmin Chef. We value your satisfaction and aim to provide high-quality kitchen products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
    • In its original packaging
    • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
  • Opened or used kitchen appliances or cookware
  • Any item not in its original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned after 7 days from delivery date

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
  • The refund will be issued via cash.

Exchange Policy

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving the item.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or the wrong product was sent.
  • In cases of damaged or incorrect items, Yasmin Chef will cover the return shipping cost.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number, details about the product, and the reason for your return. We will provide you with further instructions and a return address.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, please check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your bank or card provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
